The Lady Wildcats improve to 16-5 after defeating Waynesville 25-19, 25-20, 14-25, 26-24.
The JV won 25-16, 25-17. They are now 13-1 this season.
The C team also won 25-12, 25-5.
FCCLA is hosting a Blood Drive this Friday, October 1st in the Jr. High Gym from 11-4. Everyone is encouraged to come donate!
Congratulations to the Wildcat runners at the Hermitage Cross Country Invitational. The bus left at 5:30, and the varsity boys were ready to run the first race of the day. JB Huff was a medalist finishing 12th in the small school division. Levi Stout set a new PR today. Kasey Richards finished 7th in the girls race. The Wildcat’s next meet will be on Tuesday at Mountain Grove.
Both of our teams in the Licking JV Volleyball Tournament won their bracket today. Licking-1 won the entire tournament with an overall record of 5-0. Licking-2 won the silver bracket and finished 2-2-1 for the day.

Thanks to Rinne’s Pharmacy’s Heroes Program, donating 10% of coffee sales to school programs, our Stream Team received $207 and our Elementary Art Club received $158!! Both of these programs are sponsored by volunteers, and funds will help with costs associated with activities and supplies!! Thank you, Rinne’s Pharmacy!!
Our Recycling Team of Kimree Brazier, Makayla Steinmann, and Aidenn Mansfield organized our new, cost free, recycling bin for paper and cardboard located on the north side of the FEMA Gym!! Wildcats are saving the planet!!
Ms. Case says, "What an exciting day 4th grade had building their own Rube Goldberg (energy transfer) machines! Students used their engineering brains to find ways to pour Skittles in their cups. So proud of these problem solvers!!"
Mrs. Beasley says, "Students are constructing DNA in Genetics! They assembled nucleotides, attached them together with covalent bonds (staples) for the backbone and hydrogen bonds (removable popsicles) for the base-pairs to create a lovely double helix representing DNA."
