Thanks to the cooperation of our families, Licking R-VIII School District qualifies for an extension of our Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) status, meaning ALL of our students are able to eat breakfast and lunch at no cost again this year! By providing school meals to all children at no charge, we are hoping to create a better learning environment for our students.

Hey, Wildcats! Two wake-ups and it will be the first day of the 2022-2023 school year! Whether you’re starting kindergarten or your senior year…or any grade in between, you may be having some nervous feelings. 41 first days after this first day, I still feel the same way. I hope you will remember your friends are looking forward to seeing you, your teachers are ready to help you, and you BELONG in Licking.
