Wildcat Baseball picks up wins over Cuba and Hermann today to improve to 9-1 on the season. Their next game is at Mtn. Grove on Tuesday.
The Wildcat Quiz Bowl team had their district competition today in Portageville.
Mrs. Beckett says, “Scholar bowl team competed today and played three very close games. Nissa Buchanan scored well enough individually to make the ‘all district’ team.”
The Wildcats defeat Norwood tonight 1-0. They bounce back from their first loss of the season at state-ranked Iberia earlier this week. They are now 7-1 on the season and ranked #6 in Class 3.
Baseball drops a tough game to Iberia tonight 0-7. Next game will be Thursday at Norwood.
Our softball team will be playing in the Cabool Tournament this weekend. Schedule information is below.

Our track team had some strong individual performances at the Marshfield meet last night. Kaida Cook finished first in the discuss and Finley Sullins was 2nd in the long jump. In the mile, JB Huff finished 4th and Kasey Richards finished 8th.

Licking baseball improves to 6-0 after defeating Richland tonight 16-6.
The Lady Wildcats softball team defeated Koshkonong tonight to improve their season record to 3-1.
This is just the third year of softball for Licking. The three wins match a school record for wins in a season with several weeks remaining. Great job LadyCats!

Baseball for today has been cancelled.
Tennis will travel to Springfield to play Forsyth.
Softball game at Koshkonong is still on. First pitch is 4:30.
TRACK UPDATE:
The high school track team will not be going to Ava tomorrow. Instead, they will go to Marshfield on Monday, April 4.
The junior high team will also not be going Bourbon tomorrow. No new meet to announce at this time.
Baseball at Crocker and softball at home versus Plato for Thursday, March 31 have been postponed due poor field conditions. Makeup dates are not determined at this time.
Victory tonight for the JV baseball team. The boys held on to a 3-1 win over the Salem Tigers.
Ladycats hold off a comeback to defeat Stoutland 19-13. Ladycats start the season 2-1.
Wildcats defeat Salem on a windy night in Licking 13-3 in 5 innings. Wildcats club 4 home runs, including a grand slam by Rusty Buckner.
